COVID-19 Cases, Percent-Positivity Rate, Hospitalizations Drop for Second Week in a Row
New case rates of COVID-19 dropped for the second week in a row to 76,747, or a 32.5% drop compared to the previous week. Percent positivity also dropped for the second week in a row from 31% to 25.4%. Likewise, for the second week in a row, the number of COVID-19 hospitalizations in Pennsylvania decreased from 6,339 to 5,084, a 20% decrease. There were 1,010 new deaths were reported this week.
