PUC Sets Producer Fees for Calendar Year 2021

The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission set the Act 13 of 2012 producer fees for Calendar Year 2021, with a high of $54,000 for horizontal wells and $10,800 for vertical wells in producing year one and $21,600 for horizontal and $4,300 for vertical in producing years four to 10. These fees are significantly higher than for Calendar Year 2020 and are based on a higher annual price of natural gas. Click here for the full schedule.
