UCC Regulation Change Takes Effect

The Independent Regulatory Review Commission recently approved a regulatory update to the Uniform Construction Code that adopted most provisions of the 2018 International Code Council codes, as directed by the UCC Review and Advisory Council. The new regulation was advertised in the February 14 issue of the Pennsylvania Bulletin and is now in effect. Click here to view the regulation.
