Growing Greener Grants Announced for Southwest Pennsylvania 

The state Department of Environmental protection recently announced that 12 projects in the state’s southwest region were awarded nearly $3 million through the Growing Greener Plus program, which restores impaired waters and protects waterways from nonpoint source pollution. Many of the grants will directly benefit townships in southwest Pennsylvania. Click here to see the list of awardees.
