PA Unemployment Rate Drops to 4.2%     

The state Department of Labor and Industry has announced that Pennsylvania’s unemployment rate for August was 4.2%, down from 4.3% in July, and the lowest rate since June 2000. The national unemployment rate was up slightly to 3.7%. Click here for the press release.
