New Supplement Available for 2020 Edition of the Second Class Township Code 

A new Cumulative Supplement #1 has been printed for the Second Class Township Code and will be mailed to townships this month. Once you receive the supplement, it should be maintained along with the 2020 printed edition of the Township Code. Previous versions of the Second Class Township Code, including the 2003 edition and all supplements to that edition, should be discarded.    Please note that these code books and supplements are the property of the township and should be turned over to the township if an official leaves office.
