Shapiro Creates New Office to Improve Pennsylvania’s Online Services

Gov. Josh Shapiro signed an Executive Order establishing a new Commonwealth Office of Digital Experience (CODE PA) to improve online services for Pennsylvanians and help streamline the way they interact with the commonwealth online. Shapiro named Bryanna Pardoe as executive director for the new office, which will reduce reliance on contracts with external consultants and vendors by building digital products and services in-house.
