Signatures Needed: Tell Washington “NO” Increases to Truck Length or Weight 

The Coalition Against Bigger Trucks is organizing a letter to be sent to all members of Congress to maintain current truck size and weight laws and oppose longer and heavier trucks. In 2019, over 1,000 local government officials participated in a National Association of Towns and Townships coalition letter sent to Congress titled, “Bigger Trucks: Bad for America’s Local Communities.” With a new Congress beginning in January and recently introduced legislation to allow longer and heavier trucks, we are asking township officials to join in an updated letter.
