Historical & Archival Records Care Grants Update 

The Pennsylvania State Historical Records Advisory Board is accepting applications for Historical & Archival Records Care Grants (HARC) funded by the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission.  

Budget update: Because the Commonwealth budget remains at an impasse, the August 1 application deadline for HARC grants is being suspended. A new schedule will be issued when funds become available. 

HARC Awards will improve the preservation of historically valuable original records. Projects for local government records care include surveying, inventorying, preserving, arranging, describing, and making available historical local government records. Funding may also be requested for reformatting records or purchasing supplies and equipment.
