Broadband Authority Holds Webinar for Local Governments
The Pennsylvania Broadband Development Authority (PBDA) is holding a Challenge Process and Local Government Input Webinar this Wednesday, August 16, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The PBDA has received applications for more than $900 million in federal broadband funds; only $200 million is available in this first application round. This webinar will walk township officials through the process to challenge applications for broadband funds as well as the process to provide input on applications for broadband projects in their borders.
The webinar, which is exclusively for local government officials, will show how to review project information on the CPF-BIP map and submit a challenge to a proposed project, as well as input on proposed project area(s). Registration is required. Click here to register for Wednesday’s webinar.
