Suspended City Manager Faces New Charges 

Spotlight PA and LNP reported that last week the Office of Attorney General added new counts to those filed earlier this year against Herm Suplizio, the suspended manager of the City of DuBois, who is alleged to have stolen hundreds of thousands of public and nonprofit dollars.
