Trails Maintenance Grants Now Available 

American Trails is accepting applications for the Trails Capacity Program. Townships are eligible to apply for funding between $5,000 and $10,000 to support trail research, stewardship, and maintenance projects that are inclusive, engaging, educational, and foster improved trail user behavior.  

Funding is available for all types of trails, including hiking, cycling, mountain biking, trail running, access routes, horseback riding, water trails, ATVs, snowmobiling, and more so long as they are accessible to the public.
