Phil Says Early Spring! 

It’s GroundHog Day and Pennsylvania’s prognosticator from Punxsutawney did not see his shadow (despite all the TV lights?) and legend suggests that means we are in for an early spring! 

Good news for township road crews, we hope! Additional confirmation has been obtained from the “Magic 8-Ball” that responded “yes” when asked about an early spring for 2024.
