PennDOT National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Funding Round Open

The state Department of Transportation’s National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Funding (NEVI) Round 1B is accepting proposals until July 10, 2024. Round 1B funds can be used for projects directly related to charging stations, including pre-construction work; construction costs; costs to acquire and install on-site electric service equipment; minor grid updates to connect a charging station to the electric grid distribution network; and other costs for stations to be open to the public at all times. Funding is available to designated 1B Alternative Fuel Corridors. Additional information, including the 1B Corridors Map, can be found on PennDOT’s NEVI Homepage.
