Open Records Officers: Look for Survey About Recent RTKL Experiences 

Township Open Records Officers should look for a survey that was recently emailed to you from the Office of Open Records (OOR) asking about your recent experiences with the Right-to-Know Law. The survey is brief and participants will be asked if they are interested in being contacted for a short discussion to help OOR staff better understand the RTKL challenges that you are facing. Results will be public and will be published in August. If you have questions or should have received the survey, contact the OOR at RA-OpenRecords@pa.gov.
