Shapiro Asks Biden for Help 

Governor Shapiro asks President Biden for federal disaster aid for affected counties in Pennsylvania. Individual Assistance (IA) for residents in Lycoming, Union, Potter and Tioga Counties affected by Hurricane Debby has been requested and additional counties will be added as they qualify. Public Assistance (PA) infrastructure damage estimates are still being compiled. If your community has damages from this storm (private or public), please contact your county emergency management agency and share the relevant information to help qualify to meet damage thresholds.
