Reporting Suspicious Activity 

The events in New Orleans and Las Vegas on New Year’s Day are a timely reminder about the importance of citizen and community vigilance. .
U//FOUO) The See Something, Send Something smartphone application provides an avenue for individuals to report suspicious activity by sending a photograph or written note (e.g., an unattended backpack, cooler, or briefcase in a public place) directly to the PaCIC (Pennsylvania Criminal Intelligence Center) operated by the PA State Police.  
(U//FOUO) The PaCIC operates a 24 hours/day, 7 days/week Terrorism Tip Line, (888) 292-1919, and email account, tips@pa.gov, to solicit information from the public. (U//FOUO) In the event of an emergency, to include suspicious or unattended packages and vehicles, dial 9-1-1.
