CAREER RECOGNITION AWARD PSATS’ First Vice President and North Centre Township Supervisor (Columbia County), Steve Hess, received the Career Recognition Award. Aside from Steve’s PSATS service, he has 33 years of service in his community as a supervisor, roadmaster, EMC, and firefighter. Steve also Chairs the PSATS Executive Board. BUILDING COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS AWARD Wright Township – Luzerne County. The township regularly brings together local public, business, and non-profit leaders together casually to discuss, collaborate, and resolve local challenges. The board chair, Don Zampetti, accepted the award for the township. ![]() |
PROMOTING COMMUNITY/ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION Pocono Township – Monroe County. Pocono Township established a comprehensive LERTA program to stimulate commercial and recreational development, secured grants for critical infrastructure like adaptive traffic management systems, and tackled housing challenges. It worked! Township Manager Jerrod Belvin accepted the award on behalf of the township. Side note, Jarrod is an experienced PSATS instructor! ![]() |
