Pennsylvania Townships Make Top 100 Safe Towns List
SafeWise has compiled the top 100 safest small towns in America 2020, which are those with the lowest violent and property crime rates. The study includes towns and townships with populations between 5,000 and 15,000. Nineteen Pennsylvania townships and three boroughs made the list, and Luzerne Township, Fayette County, tied with Lewisboro Town, N.Y., for the safest small town in America.
