IFO Analyzes Governor’s Budget Proposal

The state Independent Fiscal Office has analyzed Gov. Tom Wolf’s budget proposals and prepared a packet for the House and Senate Appropriations committees. The packet examines the minimum wage, personal income tax, legalization of marijuana, and the municipal police tax proposal, among others.
