Another Scorcher for Eastern PA, Conserve Water Now

Excessive heat warnings again today for much of the eastern half of Pennsylvania, with the highest heat index expected in southcentral Pennsylvania, where temperatures are expected to feel like 110 degrees. The heat isn’t expected to break until Thursday, so plan accordingly with water and air conditioning breaks.
While all areas of Pennsylvania are at a normal status for drought, the continued hot and dry weather is a good time to practice water conservation. Experts estimate that as much as 50% of the water we use outdoors goes to waste due to overwatering, evaporation, and wind. Click for some helpful tips that can be shared with your residents.
