The Pennsylvania Broadband Development Authority (PBDA) has announced the availability of funds through the COVID-19 ARPA Multi-Purpose Community Facilities Program, which offers $45 million in competitive grants for community projects to construct, acquire, or improve open-to-the-public facilities. Townships are eligible to apply through April 20, 2024.  

Eligible projects include construction or improvements to full-service community buildings, structures, and public spaces. Examples include but are not limited to schools, libraries, and community health centers that serve community needs.
