Biden Administration Extends Eviction Moratorium

The Center for Disease Control and Protection has extended the eviction moratorium for those unable to make rental payments from March 31 until June 30. Click here for the order. 

In addition, the U.S. Department of Agriculture is extending rental relief to individuals in USDA supported multifamily housing communities, through $100 million in funding from the American Rescue Plan. Click here for more.
