Check Out PennDOT’s Proposed Road and Bridge Projects Near You, Comment Until 7/3
Township officials should take a minute to look at the state Department of Transportation’s upcoming road and bridge projects to determine if any will impact your township. The public has only until July 3 to weigh in on any concerns or the importance of proposed projects. The draft 2025 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program, known as the STIP, contains a list of prioritized projects and capital project phases identified for federal, state, local, and private funding over a four-year period. The plan includes both state projects and municipal projects that will receive federal or state funding and may include projects that your township has been working to fund.
