Comment Period Opens for Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative

In Saturday’s edition of the Pennsylvania Bulletin, the state Department of Environmental Protection announced that it is now accepting comments on its Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative through January 14. In addition, 10 virtual public hearings will be held in early December. The proposal is intended to reduce emissions from power plants and charging power plants for the carbon dioxide they emit.
