Commonwealth COVID-19 Enforcement Update
The following COVID-19 mitigation enforcement reports were released this week. The Pennsylvania State Police did not release an enforcement report.
Pa. Department of State: For the week of April 18, the Bureau of Enforcement and Investigation performed 460 inspections of licensed professions’ compliance with COVID-19 mitigation requirements, opened 11 COVID-19-specific investigations, and distributed four warning letters and one compliance letter.
Pa. Department of Agriculture: For the week of April 12, the Bureau of Food Safety performed 700 total inspections, seven of which were the result of COVID-19-related complaints. No restaurants were closed this week.
