Commonwealth’s November Revenue Numbers Down 

Revenue collections for Pennsylvania in November were $87.2 million below estimate, bringing the 5-month total to $2 million below estimate. Revenue Secretary Pat Brown is not alarmed citing a less than 2% deviation in a multi-billion dollar budget. While motor license, real estate transfers, inheritance and sales taxes were all up, the personal income and corporate net income taxes were down. Looks like people are still spending but not making….
