Concerns with Commonwealth Permitting or Approval Processes? 

If you have concerns or examples of challenges with state agency approval processes, permits or grants, please respond in the next 48 hours to allow PSATS to gather input for a discussion with Commonwealth officials.  Permitting delays affecting township business or private sector initiatives is the primary question, however, we are also interested in collecting information and examples of why state grants may not be applied for?
