DEP Assesses Fine on Mariner East 2 Pipeline

The state Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has assessed an $85,666 penalty on Sunoco Pipeline LP for violations related to the construction of the Mariner East 2 pipeline in Blair, Cumberland, Juniata, and Lebanon counties.
