Department of Revenue Releases 2021-2022 Common Level Ratio

The State Tax Equalization Board has released the 2021-2022 Common Level Ratio list. For Pennsylvania realty transfer tax purposes, these factors are applicable to documents accepted from July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022. Click here to view the factors.
