The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) released a new “Know Your Rights” poster October 19. It replaces the “EEO is the Law” poster and includes information on harassment and discrimination, as well as a QR code for faster access for filing charges. A copy of the poster can be found at the EEOC’s website. Townships should post the new poster with its other labor law posters.
