Townships are encouraged to spread the word that the Pennsylvania EMS Provider Foundation is now accepting applications for the 2025 scholarship program. Scholarships go to individuals furthering their training and becoming a paramedic or AEMT. Applicants must be working with a licensed PA EMS agency (paid or volunteer) or have been guaranteed an offer of a position with a licensed PA EMS agency upon completion of the education program. The deadline for applications is February 10, 2025. 

Townships can also piggyback this scholarship with the PSATS Scholarship if the applicant is a high school junior or senior living in a township of the second class. Applications for the PSATS Scholarship Program are due January 31.
