Health Offering Grants for High School EMS Pilot Program
The state Department of Health is now accepting applications from non-state-owned institutions of higher education, including accredited EMS Educational Institutes, for three grants of $50,000 to conduct pilot programs for high school students interested in becoming EMS providers. Funding comes from the fireworks tax and training must be offered through a public or private school. Applications are due October 16. Click here for more information.
