How’s Public Engagement at Your Township?

In an upcoming article in the Pennsylvania Township News magazine, PSATS would like to focus on the innovative ways townships are engaging the public in local government. This article will explore various strategies and programs that not only foster community involvement but also highlight the importance of youth participation in civic activities.

We believe that showcasing these efforts can inspire other townships to implement similar initiatives, leading to more vibrant and inclusive communities. We are particularly interested in learning about your experiences and success stories. If your township has a unique program or approach to engaging residents, especially young people, we would love to hear about it!

Please share your stories, including any challenges faced and the outcomes achieved. Your contributions will not only provide valuable insights for your peers but also help to strengthen the collective efforts in building a more engaged and informed resident.

To participate, please email Managing Editor Brenda Wilt at bwilt@psats.org. Be sure to include your name, township and county, position, and a daytime phone number.
