Local Government Delivers On Time….AGAIN! 

Congrats to Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker who just signed her first City budget on time…actually 2 weeks ahead of schedule.  (Their fiscal year is July 1-June 30 unlike townships which match calendar years.) Townships, and other LOCAL governments pass budgets on time every year. There are 13 days left for Harrisburg to get the job done…let’s wish them well.
