Local Share Account Grant Program Now Accepting Applications 

The state Department of Community and Economic Development is now accepting applications for Local Share Account Grants. Townships, municipal authorities, and councils of governments are eligible to apply through November 30, 2023. You should not share your keystone login data to allow grant writers to submit on your behalf. 

Funds may be used toward projects that improve the quality of life in the community, including infrastructure projects, purchase of vehicles, machinery, or equipment, planning projects, construction, and more. This may also include equipment for public safety entities that you would provide for their use as part of your agreement. Applications must be submitted through the commonwealth’s Electronic Single Application site. Questions can be directed to DCED at ra-dcedcbf@pa.gov.
