Murderer/Fugitive Captured 

Former PSATS staffer and now Deputy Commissioner of the PA State Police George Bivens led the manhunt and successful capture of Danelo Calvalcante after his escape from Chester County prison. He was awaiting transfer to the PA Department of Corrections to serve a life sentence for murder. Kudos to George’s leadership of a diverse team of law enforcement officials including K-9 Yoda!. PSATS is always grateful to the PA State Police for their extradentary service in protecting 12 million Pennsylvanians.
