This submission form is used for all PSATS Award submissions. Please read carefully.

Citizen Communication Contest: This contest recognizes townships with outstanding printed, electronic, and multimedia communications. Submissions are due December 31, 2023.

Youth Awards: This contest is to recognize the valuable contributions youth groups make to townships of the second class. Youth organizations must submit the entry form to their county association of township officials by January 15, 2024. County association presidents must submit the entry form by January 30, 2024.

President’s Leadership Award: The Association’s most prestigious recognition, this award honors one township supervisor and one township manager or secretary who has displayed the highest levels of leadership, dedication, and creativity to improve their community. Please complete this entry form by January 31, 2024. 

Intergovernmental Cooperation: PSATS’ Excellence in Intergovernmental Cooperation Award. Presented in cooperation with PACOG, the contest recognizes townships that work with other government entities to complete projects more efficiently and cost-effectively. The deadline for entries is January 15, 2024.
