Open Records Reform Put Off Until Fall 

According to Senator David Argall, Chair of the State Government Committee, the summer will be spent having discussions and negotiations on 2 significant bills to reform the 24-year-old Right to Know Law.  HB 2524 (commercial requests and vexatious requests) and SB492. PSATS will continue to represent townships at the table over the summer.
