Pa Interstate Bridge Tolling Plan Dead
With the deadline passing to appeal the Commonwealth Court ruling stopping the Wolf Administration Bridge Tolling plan, PennDOT has quietly announced it accepts the legislative action of Act 84 and will not be appealing to the State Supreme Court.
