PA Secures Two Regional Clean Hydrogen Hub Projects 

Gov. Josh Shapiro announced on Friday that Pennsylvania is the only state in the US to have secured two regional clean hydrogen hub projects funded through the U.S. Department of Energy. The hubs are expected to create tens of thousands of good-paying jobs. The projects are expected to generate clean hydrogen and mitigate emissions while reusing existing energy infrastructure. 

The Mid-Atlantic Clean Hydrogen Hub (MACH 2) will be in Philadelphia and the ARCH2 Hydrogen Hub will be based in West Virginia and is expected to create jobs in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. To learn more about these projects, click here for the press release.
