PennDOT Grant Alerts – Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act

PennDOT created a Grant Alerts Page for competitive grant programs offered under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL). The BIL provides approximately $550 billion in new federal infrastructure investments. This law includes many grant opportunities across a wide range of programs, including:    

Bridge infrastructure

Electric vehicle infrastructure   
Safety programs for all modes of transportation  
Reconnecting Communities  
New and emerging technologies

Several of these programs were recently added and are open for applications, including the Thriving Communities Program (TCP).

PennDOT’s Grant Alerts provides basic background information about these grant opportunities as they are announced, including eligibility and application due dates, project time frames and PennDOT’s areas of emphasis and support. Questions about these programs may be sent to: RA-PDTRANSFEDFUNDOPP@pa.gov.
