Pennsylvania Broadband Authority to Hold Webinar on BEAD Challenge Process
The Pennsylvania Broadband Development Authority will host a live webinar on the BEAD Challenge process on Friday, March 29 from 10 to 11 a.m. The BEAD challenge process allows a local government, nonprofit, or broadband service provider to challenge a determination made as to whether a particular location or community anchor institution is eligible for federal broadband funds, including whether a particular location is unserved or underserved for broadband services. This meeting will be recorded and posted on the PBDA website. PBDA will also host three Office Hour sessions in mid-April. Office Hour sessions will provide a brief recap of the process, open dialogue to answer any questions, and provide clarity around the BEAD Challenge process.
