A cancellation received by us less than 10 business days before this event will be subject to a $20 processing fee for refunds. If this event is a webinar, refunds will be subject to a $10 processing fee. If cancellation occurs within 2 business days of the event, or you do not attend the event, you forfeit your full registration fee, which if unpaid, will be invoiced.
