PSATS Welcomes Harry Krot

PSATS welcomes Harry Krot to our staff today as Trust Membership/Promotion Manager. Harry joins us from his most recent position as Deputy Executive Director of the PA Municipal League where he oversaw membership and education. An Army veteran, he also has prior experience as a township manager as well as with DCED as a local government policy specialist. In addition to promoting trust services, he will also be versed to share and educate on all other PSATS services to an ever-changing membership.
