PSP Academy to Offer College Credits

The Pennsylvania State Police and Commonwealth University announced an agreement that allows PSP Troopers to receive college credits for their successful completion of cadet basic training at the PSP Academy. Upon successful completion, Commonwealth University will grant academic credit toward an Associate or Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. This follows the suspension of the educational requirement of 60 college credits for cadets in August 2023. Four cadet classes will be held during the current fiscal year. To learn more, click here.
