Publicly Accessible, Loaner Laptops Available for Townships
Last year, the Pennsylvania Broadband Development Authority (PBDA) distributed over 9,000 laptops to 117 applicants, including many municipalities and other institutions, across 42 counties through the Digital Connectivity Technology Program. This program provides laptops to municipalities and other entities for use by the public or to be loaned to individuals for use in their home. The grant award will also include a four-year factory warranty, an accidental damage warranty, and shipping and handling. A second round of the program is now open through June 2, 2025 to distribute the remaining laptops. For more information, visit the program webpage.
