Reminder: Rate PennDOT Construction, Maintenance Performance…Deadline 10/22

Township officials and the public can tell the state Department of Transportation how they feel about the department’s construction and maintenance performance by participating in the 2024 PennDOT Construction/Maintenance Customer Satisfaction Survey. The anonymous survey (unless you choose to include contact information other than zip code) asks about your experiences on state roadways, including notice of planned construction, congestion levels, and road smoothness. It also lets you include feedback on your experiences contacting PennDOT about an issue and how that issue was resolved.
