Each year, the commonwealth presents the annual Governor’s Awards for Local Government Excellence to recognize local officials for their successes in undertaking innovative initiatives to improve the quality of life in their communities. Awardees are recognized during Local Government Week in April and again at the PSATS Conference.  

Nominate your projects today for the 2024 Governor’s Awards for Local Government Excellence. Nominations are accepted until January 26, 2024. There are over a dozen categories in which to submit and townships have great stories to tell. Let’s share our best practices!
