Reminder: WalkWorks Active Transportation Grants Applications Due March 22

The state Department of Health and Pennsylvania Downtown Center’s initiative, WalkWorks, is accepting applications to advance active transportation in the state. Townships are eligible to apply for grants and technical assistance to help with the development of Active Transportation Plans during 2024 and 2025. Active transportation includes walking, biking, using a wheelchair or other mobility device, and accessing public transit.
